About Kim

I am a mother, a wife, a public servant, a philanthropist and an environmentalist who cares about OUR great lakes, OUR fragile environment and most importantly, our most important resource, water. I was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. My husband and I have 2 kids, one in college and one who recently relocated to California as an aspiring film maker. I attended the University of Chicago Lab School for grammar and high school and then to U of I in Champaign for college. Following college, I finished my education with an MBA from the University of Chicago.
